Our menu can best be described as British "modern classics." Chef Leeds excites traditional British fare with fresh local ingredients and modern cooking techniques. The menu features a variety of traditional starters perfect for sharing and main dishes such as fish and chips, bangers and mash, and a selection of pots and pies. Every Sunday, CommonWealth honors the British tradition of the "Sunday Roast" (the British version of Sunday afternoon supper) featuring a selection of roasted meat served family-style and paired with seasonal sides made from the local ingredients. Whenever possible we purchase local meat, such as leg of lamb, pork, turkey, and chicken.
